Here is a tutorial on the installation and configuration of Ncam on the Dreambox decoder under a NewNigma2 image and Ncam.
For this tutorial you need.
Material:
Dreambox, DM520, DM525, DM820, DM7080, DM900, DM920
Software:
Winscp
NCAM 10.8
A Ncam subscription
If you do not have a Ncam subscription you can order it here
1- Installing the NCAM
– Launch WINSCP in the home window
File protocol: FTP
Hot name: 192.168.1.100 (ip address of your Dreambox )
User name: root
Password: “empty” by default the root password in Newnigma2 is empty (no password)
After clicking on Login
Select the ipk file and drag between the two windows to the /tmp folder.
Press BLUE BUTTON and select NewNigma2 Services
EMU MENU
Add Remove Camd
Press Green Button to install offline package
press OK
Choose YES
after press YES to restart GUI
2. Copy of the NCam subscription
– Launch WINSCP in the home window
File protocol: FTP
Hot name: 192.168.1.100 (ip address of your VU+ )
User name: root
Password: “empty” by default the root password in NewBigma2 is empty (no password)
After clicking on Login
Copy subscription files from your PC to the /etc/tuxbox/config path of your receiver.

3. Starting Ncam
Press the blue button
Choose NewNigma2 Services
Choose EMU-MENU
Camd Choice
Press GREN BUTTON to start NCAM
